The next thing you know, it's
January 2006. Wolfer and Dag are going to turn three
(!!!) in March. They've had their share of
misadventures, but they are truly part of the
family.

This is Great Wolf of Thor, who
really isn't called anything but "Wolfer" anymore.
Wolfer has a stuffed animal that we
call Blue Puppy. Blue Puppy is sitting on the couch
with Wolfer here.
Wolfer with a chew. Somehow, Dag
hasn't tricked him out of it yet. Wolfer is very
trusting, and, at 45 pounds, is quite a bit smaller than
Dag.
Wolfer loves everyone and
everything in the world, but he is especially close to
his Papa, and, as you can see in this photo, my wife
Courtney.
When he wants to see out the front
windows, sometimes he stands up on two feet.
The Wolfer looooves stuffed
animals.
But, there was attention to be had,
so Dag wasn't far away.
Dag is Wolfer's big brother, and by
big, I mean 73 pounds big. Dag is the "straight-ahead" dog. Nothing
can stop him, or such is his attitude.
He is also pretty curious about
what's going on around him. If he's intrigued, he'll check it out, and
probably bark at it.
Dag is at once the rambunctious and
independent-minded of the two but also the observant
one.
Dag has become especially close to
Mom and his aunt.
